Dorinda Rogers Madera is the Founder and Lead Psychotherapist at Seeds of Empowerment Mental Health Counseling PLLC. She supports individuals navigating burnout, anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions in reconnecting with themselves and building a more grounded, balanced life. She has a strong focus on working with LGBTQ+ and queer individuals, as well as women of color navigating identity, stress, and life transitions, providing an affirming space where clients can show up fully without needing to over-explain their experiences. Her approach is collaborative, relational, sex-positive, and culturally responsive, with the option to work with a supervised practicum clinician for additional support.

With a background in school counseling, Tiffany brings a unique understanding of the emotional challenges that can affect both adolescents and adults. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and feelings of overwhelm.
Tiffany believes that healing begins when people feel safe enough to put down the weight they have been carrying alone. She helps clients explore their experiences with curiosity and compassion while developing practical strategies to manage stress, improve emotional well-being, and strengthen self-awareness.

With more than 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families, Hetha brings warmth, wisdom, and dedication to her clinical work. She has extensive experience working in school-based settings and understands the unique challenges that individuals and families face throughout different stages of life.

Kaylee takes a collaborative and person-centered approach, recognizing that each person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. She works alongside clients to better understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives.
She has a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional challenges that can accompany the transition into motherhood. Known for her compassionate and encouraging style, Kaylee strives to create a welcoming space where clients can feel understood, supported, and empowered on their healing journey.
