Counseling is the real-life culmination of my journey — turning my experiences and education into a way to create and be a part of the change I believe is so needed in the world we share.

Seeds of Empowerment was built from that vision.

My mission has always been to promote wellness through a culturally attuned lens and to plant seeds of inspiration and self-empowerment — so that individuals, couples, families, and entire communities can be uplifted. Because when one person begins to heal, the impact reaches far beyond them.

That same philosophy is at the core of this practice.

Every clinician at Seeds of Empowerment is trained and supported to provide care that is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in real human connection. We believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale — not perform.

Our approach is eclectic and person-centered, meaning we meet you where you are and tailor the work to your unique needs, experiences, and goals.
