What to Expect
During hypnotherapy, you are guided into a relaxed, focused state — often described as similar to deep meditation.
In this state, we work together to quiet mental noise and bring awareness to underlying patterns, making it easier to introduce new, more supportive perspectives.
You remain fully aware and in control throughout the entire process.
Hypnotherapy is not the same as stage hypnosis — you are not asleep, and nothing is done without your awareness or consent.
